Leyla Sullivan

Leyla Sullivan is a construction and infrastructure lawyer and litigator (currently non-practising) with a wealth of experience from working at some of Vancouver’s largest firms, as well as in-house with the Province of British Columbia and one of Canada’s largest construction firms. Leyla has acted as lead counsel for one of British Columbia’s largest infrastructure projects, the Surrey-Langley Skytrain project, valued at approximately $6 billion. Leyla has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia.

At PJS Law Corporation, Leyla currently oversees the business operations as the Chief Operating Officer.

Leyla is also pursuing a part-time Master of Law (LLM) degree at York University specializing in infrastructure and energy transition. She looks forward to building upon her experience at PJS Law.
